2.2 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid New York State learner’s permit (or equivalent).

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when booking lessons.

2.3 Lesson Services

  • Scheduling – Lessons are booked based on instructor availability and your stated preferences.

  • Instructor Qualifications – All instructors are certified under New York State requirements.

  • No DMV Guarantee – Completion of lessons does not guarantee you will pass the DMV road test.

2.4 Payments & Refunds

  • Lesson Fees – Standard rate is $60 per 1-hour lesson (plus any applicable taxes).

  • Payment Methods – Credit/debit cards or other approved online payment systems.

  • Refund Policy – Lesson fees are non-refundable, except for duplicate charges or administrative errors. You may reschedule individual lessons up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.

2.5 User Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and hold a valid learner’s permit during lessons.

  • Comply with all safety instructions and vehicle operation guidelines from your instructor.

  • Refrain from driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.

2.6 Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account (and deny future lesson bookings) if you:

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Engage in unsafe, abusive, or illegal conduct.

  • Violate any part of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Skill Stamps provides instructional services only. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during lessons.

  • The outcome of your DMV road test or decisions by state authorities.

  • Mechanical failures of training vehicles.

You accept all risk associated with driving instruction and should maintain your own insurance coverage as required by New York State.

4. Changes to Policy & Terms
